The Weeping Water Public School is accredited by the Nebraska Department of Education. Academically, Weeping Water Public Schools have been steadily improving over the past several years. School district boundaries extend 12 miles north and south and 14 miles east and west. Approximately 225 square miles are contained within school district boundaries. The district is made up of one elementary school, one middle school and one high school. The free and reduced rate is 31.88%. The mobility rate is 6.27%, and the special education percentage is 12.5%, all are below the state average. Weeping Water Public School offers preschool starting at age 3, a middle school concept and a career academy at the secondary level. The District is working to meet all state and federal student performance accountability standards through a Multi-Tiered System of Support.
