DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL DISTRICT


Our school's 2015-16 census has a Pre K-12 population of 345 with the NSAA enrollment classification of 73 students. Academics at Cambridge can be rated excellent. Our students rank high in the conference and at academic contests. 100% of our students take the ACT, over 50% enroll in advanced courses, and over 60% of our students are enrolled in core subjects. An estimated 85% of graduates have gone on to higher education. Nearly 60% of these students will graduate from an institute of higher learning. Nearly 80% of our student body is participating in a traditional positive strong athletic program. Over 50% of the students participate in a successful music program. Many of our students are active in Student Council, FCCLA, FBLA, FFA, National Honors Society, and letter club. Parent participation is strong with an 80% attendance at parent-teacher conferences, with an active parent organization, and a successful school foundation.
