Plainview Public School has a total enrollment of approximately 311 students. The district offers a 1/2 day pre-school program for four-year olds, a full day kindergarten program, as well as grades one through twelve. Plainview Public School is dedicated to educating, encouraging, and empowering all students for success in an ever-changing society. We believe in providing a variety of ways for students to learn in a stimulating, safe atmosphere with an equal opportunity for all. The district has placed an emphasis on providing and utilizing available technologies for improving student learning. Long-distance and on-line learning programs offer both high school and college credit courses during and after regular school hours. Low student-teacher and student-paraprofessional ratios are instrumental in providing students with individualized attention.
