DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL DISTRICT


Formed in July of 2000, the High Plains Community Schools was created by the merger of the Clarks Public Schools and the Polk-Hordville Public Schools. The district has three attendance centers. Grades 9-12 and 4-5 are in Polk. Grades 6-8 and K-3 are in Clarks.
