McCool Junction Public Schools is located just south of the I-80 and HWY 81 intersects. McCool Junction Public School District includes the communities of McCool Junction and Lushton. Through the state's option program McCool Junction Public School District also educates students that come from nine other communities. Our district is a class II district with an enrollment of 285 students. Our total land area consists of 85.5 square miles with property in York and Fillmore Counties.
