DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING
Beatrice Senior High School is a source of pride for the patrons of our district and community. Our facility located on east Highway 136, opened in August of 1998 and has been continually praised for aesthetic beauty as well as for practical usefulness and flexibility. The student body is approximately 625 students and continues to build on our very strong tradition of educational excellence. A wide variety of core and elective courses are offered to our students, who are encouraged to take the most challenging courses possible within the required sequence and their our field of interest. We believe that the academic standards we have set for our students will help to guarantee their success following graduation. Our Staff is prepared to teach classroom expectations and life skills, which will result in empowering our students to become independent learners, goal setters and self-managers.
