DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING
Cedar Hollow School is a K-8th grade school which is part of the Northwest Public School system. The school is located on the southwest edge of Grand Island and has 352 students in attendance as of the first week of the school year. The school has a certified staff of 29 teachers, three special education aides, one regular education aide, one full time secretary, and two full time custodians. The majority of our student body is comprised of option students, coming from a variety of area school districts. Our average grade size is approximately 38 students, with each of those grades split into two sections for each section size averaging around 19 students.
