DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL DISTRICT

Humboldt Table Rock Steinauer Schools is a consolidated district including the communities of Humboldt, Table Rock, Steinauer, and Dawson. Beginning January 2009, Southeast Consolidated School District merged with the HTRS school district. In the fall of 2009 students from Stella, Shubert and Nemaha were added to the HTRS school district. In January of 2016, the new three story addition was completed on the north end of the building. This allowed the high school students to move into eight new classrooms. The addition also included a new Fitness Center, Commons Area, Music and Wrestling Room. In the fall of 2016, HTRS closed the Table Rock attendance center and moved all of the students into the Humboldt site. The district is served by one superintendent, a building principal and an assistant principal. The high school is accredited by AdvancED, but has adopted the Nebraska Framework Accreditation Process for the 2017-2018 school year.
