DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING
Boone Central Middle School is located in Petersburg, Nebraska, 13 miles from Boone Central High School and Boone Central Elementary in Albion, Nebraska. Thirteen professional staff members instruct approximately 115 students, which helps to create smaller class sizes and more individualized instruction. The middle school program strives to provide an education with a sound foundation in the core subject areas, while providing electives which expose the students to many different types of learning. A homeroom program provides a caring environment for academic guidance and support, everyday administrative details, and recognition. The goal of Boone Central Middle School is to instill in students a positive work ethic which will help them focus on being high achievers.
