DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING
The district has land in three counties: Boone, Platte, and Nance with a combined evaluation of $ 445,798,862 during the 2022-23 fiscal year. The school district completed a $438,000 addition to the building housing the Art, Special Education, Pre-School and a School/Community Fitness Center. Library walls were erected in the summer of 2012, $52,000. A sprinkler system was installed summer 2013, $185,000. The gym received new speakers and bleachers, $62,000. A new HVAC system 2023. The community has many businesses, civic organizations, and professional community members. The main source of income in the district is farming and farm related businesses. The instructional program of St. Edward Public School is designed to meet the needs of the students as to interest, graduation requirements, and post-graduation goals. Students are exposed to and learn the most recent technological advances including computers, Chromebooks, IPADS, Mobis, clickers, and interactive white boards.
