Windy Hills opened in 1981. The current student population is approximately 250 students serving a diverse community. We are proud of our assessment scores, but more importantly, the work we do each day to help students become better citizens. Windy Hills has several active partnerships. UNK students can consistently be found working in the classroom supporting students in a variety of ways. An active parent volunteer program provides valuable student support and adult role models. The staff turnover is very low as our Windy Hills education community is strong. We welcome you to visit Windy Hills and encourage you to contact us in person.
