DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING
Sidney Public Schools - Senior High provides Odysseyware as an option for students of all abilities. Odysseyware is primarily a credit recovery program for students that have fallen behind for one reason or another. However, it can also be used as an opportunity for additional coursework for all students. Students are typically part time in the Alternative setting and will still have the Career Pathways opportunities that all students have as long as they are on track to graduate. Students may also qualify for the VALTS Alternative Program which is headed by the local ESU where there is a combination of live teachers and online learning.
