The Alternative Education Center provides an alternative instructional setting for students for meeting curriculum standards and meeting a student’s individual needs. The alternative education setting is available for middle and high school students. Administrators review requests and work with parents, students and staff in determining if this is the best environment for success. Individual plans are established to meet graduation requirements for those students that may be beyond their cohort class. There are specific guidelines and requirements for students, the goal is to complete educational and graduation requirements in a timely manner. Each student's progress is monitored and assessed yearly.
