DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING

The Jackson Elementary School is a Nebraska Frameworks accredited public school located in Northeast Nebraska. Jackson Elementary School offers outstanding educational opportunities and personalized learning for each student. Grades PK-2 students are located in the Jackson building in Jackson, NE. Competent and caring teachers provide students the opportunity to learn both content and appropriate behavior in a safe and structured environment. Curricular offerings include basic skills instruction for all students and specialized courses at the elementary level in vocal and instrumental music, physical education, library/media, guidance and keyboarding. Elementary students also receive support and enrichment through Special Education, Title 1, and Guidance services. Technology, career and character education are embedded in the curriculum.
