DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING


The Fremont Learning Center is an alternative educational program for students in grades 9 through 12. Located at 130 E. 9th St. the program was originally founded during the 1972-73 school year. Each student has an individualized course of study. The program is highly structured with academic, attendance, and citizenship requirements. Students are highly encouraged to participate in a work experience program to assist completion of elective courses. Students may return to a traditional school or continue at Learning Center to earn a traditional high school diploma.
