Fontenelle Elementary at 3905 N 52nd Street in Omaha serves a diverse student population, pre-k through 6th grade. The school environment is safe, secure, and disciplined to maximize learning opportunities to ensure all students achieve their highest potential. Programs are available in special education, as well as English as a Second Language, Gifted Education, Student Council, Winners Circle, Guidance and Counseling. At Fontenelle, parents, students, staff, and community work together to achieve excellence in education. Our Adopt-A-School business partners provide material and financial support. Fontenelle staff and Wellness Committee, in collaboration with Live Well Omaha: Douglas County Putting Prevention to Work, is helping to make a culture shift for students and staff. We are participating in the Partners for a Healthy City initiative which includes providing students and staff avenues for learning, encouraging and living a more healthy lifestyle.
