DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING
Pawnee Elementary School, located at 7310 South 48th St, opened in 1966 on a sixteen-acre site in Sarpy County. In 1977, a six-room addition was added. Pawnee is proud to be a school where children from diverse cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds come together and find success in learning. Pawnee serves students from Early Childhood to sixth grade. The Pawnee staff is dedicated to providing the best possible learning experience for each child through a variety of intervention and enrichment programs in place to support all students. Pawnee prides itself on high expectations and academic excellence. Pawnee's Mission is to have "High Performing Teachers and Students in Every Classroom" and the Vision is that students and staff are "Building the Foundation for College and Career".
