Liberty Elementary is located at 2021 St. Mary's Ave. We are a dedicated school community working together to encourage and challenge all to achieve success. We serve a diverse population of students in HeadStart through 6th grade. Our inclusion-based model and smaller class size contribute to focused, small group instruction. Completely Kids provides before- and after-school programming. They also partner with us to provide monthly curricular-based family nights. Our Liberty Family Room provides parents day and evening classes such as adult English classes, GED classes, computer training and finance classes. Our partners include UNO, Creighton University, and College of St. Mary as well as the Omaha Children's Museum, the YMCA, the Rose Theater, the Durham Museum and the Joslyn Art Museum. Liberty is also host to a School Based Community Health Center. We began the Dual Language program in Kindergarten for the 2014-2015 school year and will add a grade every year.
