DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING

(Elkhorn Public Schools, 9—12) Students at Elkhorn High School have a long-standing tradition of excellence in academics, as well as extracurricular activities. State assessments show Elkhorn High School students among the top in the state in level of mastery across tested subject areas. The mission of Elkhorn High School is to enable all students to learn at their full potential in order to function responsibly in a changing society. Elkhorn High School offers a variety of coursework and special programming to meet the needs of each individual student (e.g., High Ability, inclusive Special Education, Advanced Placement). Elkhorn High School enrolled approximately 950 students in 2015-16.
