Cody Elementary is a Nationally Distinguished Title 1 School focused on the idea that all children will learn if given the appropriate amount of time and instruction. Our Cody community guarantees each student the foundation for current and future academic success by promoting positive, active involvement from all stakeholders. Our staff forms relationships with each of our students and families as we work as partners to meet the individual needs of our children. We work to instill college and career readiness skills in each of our students preparing them for the next steps in their education. We are proud to be a state recognized Positive Behavior Intervention Support School and work hard to teach and reinforce the behaviors we want our students to maintain throughout their lives. Our school is culturally and economically diverse, has dedicated and caring teachers, and demonstrates an intense, impatient focus on student achievement; making it a great place for children to learn.
