Kiewit Middle School focuses on the unique needs of adolescents. Academic excellence, life skills development, exploratory enrichments, and a strong activities program are Kiewit goals. We strive to challenge and encourage each student to achieve his or her individual potential through innovative and diverse learning opportunities. Through community and parent involvement, effective instruction and challenging curriculum, students acquire and apply learned knowledge to ensure future success and lifelong learning. Kiewit is a nationally recognized Blue Ribbon School with an outstanding record of annual high academic achievement. Kiewit's unique features include an active High Ability Learning program, a school-wide positive behavior framework, an extended day tutoring program as well as an after school program for families needing extended care.
