The mission of Black Elk Elementary is to guarantee that all students achieve academic excellence and are responsible, engaged citizens as a result of challenging, innovative and diverse educational experiences through a strong collaborative relationship with students, staff, parents and community. Black Elk continues to be a learning community based on strong parent support and a dedicated, caring staff. In support of our mission, Black Elk offers unique programs such as our before and after school clubs and our REACH program in which students are divided into small groups to meet their needs through assessment data.
