Located by a lush, green park, Prairie Lane Elementary is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood. Commitment to excellence begins early for the children enrolled in Prairie Lane’s accredited toddler and preschool program. The collaboration between teachers, parents, businesses, and community members helps expand and support the academic and social programs of Prairie Lane. True to its mission to provide the best possible learning environment for its 300 students, Prairie Lane provides individualized and differentiated instruction for students in a variety of ways. Programs such a special education, reading intervention, the guidance program and the gifted program (Excellence in Youth) provide services, after-school study program, instruction and interventions to meet children’s educational needs. Our parents and the community continue to support our school by volunteering their time, talent and treasure to enhance our learning environment and programming.
