Beatrice Senior High School is a source of pride for district shareholders and the Beatrice community. Our school, located on east Highway 136, opened in August of 1998 and is continually praised for aesthetics, practical design and features that benefit our community. With a student body of approximately 660, we continue to build upon a strong tradition of educational excellence and high academic standards. A variety of dual credit, SENCAP Career Academy, core and elective courses, along with a focus on 21st Century technology skills allow each of our students to reach excellence. BHS scholars are expected to take challenging courses aligned to individual interests and career goals. Staff teach with academic rigor utilizing a focused instructional model, differentiated instruction and an emphasis on creating college and career ready students. These efforts result in empowering our students to become productive, independent learners and responsible citizens.
