Paddock Lane shares in the Mission of Beatrice Public Schools, a collaborative partnership of students, staff, families, and community, is to guarantee all students achieve academic excellence and develop responsible citizenship by providing aligned, rigorous curriculum and high-quality instruction that utilizes 21st century tools in a system that is measurably among the best in the nation. Paddock Lane is a K-5 building which takes pride in its diverse student population. Paddock Lane is the home school for those students who need medical assistance throughout the day, those with significant behavior disorders, and children with high level cognitive needs. Strong emphasis is placed on all academic areas provided in an inclusive model. A team approach that includes flexible grouping for both reading and math as well as a daily intervention period make the academic approach strong and student centered.
