Stolley Park enrolls approximately 220 students from varying backgrounds between grades K-5. The diverse student body is served by 36 staff members, several with advanced degrees in education. At Stolley Park, staff members work to ensure that all students and staff feel: Respected, Accepted, Included, Supported and Empowered. Students are provided educational opportunities where they can collaborate on relevant tasks that teachers intentionally plan using content standards, while building student autonomy (ownership) over their learning. At GIPS we empower educators to be instructional leaders, personalize learning pathways for each student, design decisions using data, and partner with our community. Our students are prepared to make positive contributions to society and thrive in an ever-changing world.
