Engleman Elementary School enrolls 485 students in grades K through 5. The student body is served by 40 certified teachers. The goal of the Engleman team is to educate each student so that he or she develops mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially. The Engleman team joins with our community to share the responsibility for the education of all students. Our goal is to create a rich and nurturing environment, providing varied experiences in curricular learning that accommodates different learning styles. At Grand Island Public Schools, we empower educators to be instructional leaders, personalize learning pathways for each student, design decisions using data, and partner with our community. Our students are prepared to make positive contributions to society and thrive in an ever-changing world.
