DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING
St. Libory School is a part of the Grand Island Northwest School District, as a result of the passage of LB126 and had 127 kids during the 2017/2018 year. The school is located approximately 12 miles north of Grand Island on Highway 281. The staff consists of 14 full-time staff members with 3 of those individuals being shared with the 1R school. All of these staff members are certified. We have one full-time special ed instructor, one full-time secretary, one shared counselor, one shared nurse, one full time and one half-time paraprofessional that work in our building. Mobility in our district is low due to the fact that we have a very stable school population and the St. Libory community is stable and growing.
