Doniphan is a community of 800 located on Nebraska Hwy 281. Trumbull is a community of approximately 200.The consolidated Doniphan-Trumbull District has a PreK-12 facility located at Doniphan. The district employs four full-time administrators,47 full and part-time certificated staff, 38 classified staff, and contracts with ESU #9 in Hastings for several other support services.Approximately one-fourth of our certified staff have Master’s Degrees.Certified staff have been employed with the district approximately 18 years. Doniphan-Trumbull students have the advantage of a well organized and up-to-date curriculum including differentiation for the high ability and for those with special needs; all day every day Kindergarten; excellent facilities; small class sizes; and a popular extracurricular programs that compete in the LouPlatte Athletic Conference.The district has a comprehensive and extensive technology program.The 3-12th grades have availability of 1:1 laptop; K-2 have Ipads.
