Johnson County Central Middle School serves a diverse population of students in grades 6-8 in the Johnson County area from the communities of Tecumseh, Cook, Elk Creek, Talmage, Lorton, Vesta, and Burr. Johnson County Central Middle School is committed to the success of its students through the use of best teaching practices, strong core curricular programs and multiple student resources. The JCC Middle School is staffed by 14 teachers, 3 para-educators, 1 office manager, 1 school counselor, 1 principal and 1 superintendent, as well as, food service personnel, maintenance and custodial staff. Johnson County Central Schools also contracts for on-site services in occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech/language. All staff members are a part of on-going efforts to grow as educators and improve the educational experience for all students.
