Johnson County Central Elementary - Tecumseh Site is a PK-3 elementary. The JCC - Tecumseh Site serves a diverse population of students in the Johnson County area from the communities of Tecumseh, Cook, Elk Creek, Talmage, Lorton, Vesta, St. Mary and Burr. Johnson County Central Elementary is committed to the success of its students through the use of best teaching practices, strong core curricular programs and multiple student resources. The JCC - Tecumseh Site is staffed by core teachers, resource teachers, enrichment teachers, special education teacher, para-educators, guidance counselor, mental health practitioner, a speech pathologist, principal and superintendent, and other support staff. We offer a high quality preschool program. Johnson County Central Elementary also contracts for on-site services in occupational therapy, physical therapy. All staff members are a part of on-going efforts to grow as educators and improve the educational experience for all students.
