DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING

Ogallala High School is a Class B/Class C 1 high school with an enrollment of approximately 300 students in grades 9-12. To further enhance the curriculum students may earn college credit via distance learning, dual credit opportunities in selected curriculum offerings, and on-line delivery at Mid-Plains Community College (Ogallala Campus.) All students in grades 9 - 12 use a district provided iPad to help enhance their educational experiences; many more technological tools are available to students and teachers. In addition to a comprehensive curriculum a wide range of activities including athletics, speech, one-act plays, music, dance team, mock trail, and many student organizations are available.
