DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING


Keya Paha High School is locate in Springview Nebraska in the beautiful Sand Hills of Nebraska. It is a 7th through 12th grade attendance center that provides a diverse and high quality education for the students of Keya Paha County and the surrounding areas. Students can choose a college preparatory and/or a career path for their educational experience and are afforded the opportunity to participate in numerous school activities. Technology allows for students to enroll in on-line classes as well as be involved in distance learning class from across the state. The instructional program is based on state and local standards for student learning and supports each student's acquisition of knowledge, skills, and understanding in all subject areas. The schedule is sufficiently flexible to encourage teachers and students to address emergent needs and topics.
