DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING
Refer to services offered to elementary students. Additional academics for secondary students include: Spanish, Business Education, Industrial Technology, Family and Consumer Sciences, and Speech. Additional offerings include dual-credit courses via Long Distance Learning. The high school is also in the process of working on developing a response to intervention (RtI) Process in all core areas, focusing on mentorship and career exploration models. Wausa also has a period in the middle of the day called "career Period" where students explore various areas of career education to promote career and college readiness. Finally, our school improvement goals are outlined in the next narrative.
