The students and staff of Lincoln East High School continue a tradition of academic excellence. East High School offers courses in 15 subject areas; including a wide range of Differentiated, Advanced Placement, Dual Credit Courses and Nebraska Wesleyan Honors Academy courses. The mission of our East community is to foster the development of our artistic, athletic, and academic selves by establishing a respectful, empathetic environment that values diversity, global citizenship, and civic responsibility. The 322,000 sq. ft. facility includes 11 computer labs, 9 science labs, 5 STS labs, an auditorium with state-of-the-art sound system; 3 gyms, a pool, and rooms for aerobics, weight training, and wrestling. East is committed to the education of the whole student. Over sixty clubs and activities are available that include the performing arts, athletics, speech and debate; as well as a variety of clubs available for all students to participate in during their high school experience.
