McPhee Elementary is a Title I School serving 300 diverse students in the heart of downtown Lincoln where we teach students in preschool-5th grade. Our beautifully diverse school includes students that speak 11 different languages with 28% of our students participating in ELL instruction. 92% of our students qualify for free or reduced price lunch. 18% of our students receive Special Education support and 7% participate in gifted programs. Other opportunities include Academic Interventions, Technology Integration, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support, and before and after school tutoring. Specialists serve students in vocal and instrumental music, art, physical education, computer science and media. McPhee is a Community Learning Center School providing enrichment clubs, summer programs, and family engagement events. McPhee partners with a variety of community organizations, like the United Way of Lincoln and Lancaster County, to provide additional opportunities for our community.
