DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING
Children attending Eastridge Elementary School benefit from highly skilled teachers working with involved parents and community members. Eastridge School's first year was 1954-55, when classes were held in five houses referred to as cottages. The present school building was built in 1955, with an addition completed on the east side of the building in 1956, and an addition completed on the west side in 2000. A renovation during 2005-2007 added air conditioning and remodeling was completed for kindergarten classrooms and the media. Our school is organized into grade level instructional teams. Our talented and dedicated staff strives to ensure academic and behavior success for every student.
