Hulda Roper Elementary School was founded on the belief that all students should be given an appropriate and quality education where students are both challenged and successful. Staff and families work together to provide meaningful learning opportunities for our students through collaboration and by individualizing instruction. Specialists provide instruction in the areas of music, physical education, art, media, technology and wellness. The families of Roper students enrich our educational experience through the cultural diversity of our English Language Learner program. The Roper PTO is supportive of our many educational endeavors and has provided our school with a beautiful courtyard, playground equipment, technology, Response To Intervention Programming and a host of family involvement activities.
