DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING


Hamlow Elementary is a K-2 attendance center for District #145 located in Waverly, Nebraska. The student population is approximately 315 students. Individual needs of students are met by the variety of opportunities supporting student learning and the use of differentiated instruction in the regular classroom. Further support is provided through the following: Title I, English Language Learners, and Special Education. Professional development is on-going and is provided within each building, as well as at the district level, and maintains a focus of student learning in the classroom.
