DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING

McDonald Elementary School provides our learning community with a friendly and inviting environment, offering our students an excellent innovative education within a collaborative setting. Our students experience many opportunities designed to assist in their whole development, including: physical, social-emotional, and cognitive development. We strive to nurture skills in citizenship, servitude, and leadership within our students to help them develop a firm foundation and to become contributing individuals in whatever path they choose to follow in their future. Our mission is: “To Develop Innovative Thinkers, Learners, and Communicators.” We recognize our students will need to be innovative problem solvers entering the work force and it is our responsibility to begin developing this skill-set in our students. Parents and volunteers are in the building daily providing support and enrichment for our students. McDonald Elementary prides itself on being a great place to learn and grow.
