DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING

Lake Maloney Elementary is a one-track K-5 school with approximately 125 students. Most of our students live in the Lake Maloney area. We are located three miles South of the North Platte Community College and the UNL West Central Research Center. Lake Elementary has a warm, friendly environment with a dedicated staff, who nurture our students to become productive citizens and lifelong learners. Our students are amazing, active learners, who are safe, respectful and responsible. Lake Elementary has supportive parents and a strong Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). Our PTO sponsors many fun evening activities for our families, such as Movie Night, Fun Night and Bingo for Books. Our purpose is to prepare students to be productive, responsible citizens in a safe, caring, supportive learning environment. We embrace the conviction that ALL students can succeed. If you are interested in our preschool programs and what they can offer, please feel free to visit our website at nppsd.org.
