Wallace Public School is a small Class D-2 school located in Southwest Nebraska. The District covers 483 square miles in parts of three counties. Five bus routes are needed to transport approximately 38% of the students who ride the bus on a daily basis. The longest bus route covers 125 miles daily, while the shortest bus route covers 90 miles daily. Students are bussed from as far away as 25 miles, with the earliest boarding the bus around 6:35 AM. Wallace has quite a bit of diversity and a healthy option enrollment count.
