DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING
Stapleton Elementary is located in Stapleton, Nebraska which is also the county seat for Logan county. The district consists of 596.8 square miles with land in Logan, Lincoln, and McPherson counties. The administration of the district consists of a full-time superintendent/high school principal and a full-time K-6 principal. The elementary instructional staff consists of 12 teachers, a part-time parent community liaison, and 5 teachers aides. The student body is drawn primarily from Logan County although there is a significant number of option students from Lincoln County. A preschool program was added to include three and four-year-old students all day, every day in the 2015-2016 school year.
