DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING
Lincoln Elementary is a PK-4 facility that includes a K-4 Montessori program as well as Pre-Kindergarten programs. The curriculum includes: careers, challenge (gifted), computer/technology, health, language arts (including listening, reading, writing, speaking), mathematics, multicultural education, music (vocal/instrumental), physical education, science, social studies, special education, and visual arts. Additional programs include drug/alcohol awareness, guidance services, hot lunches, instructional television, library skills, self esteem programs, etc. Parent involvement is encouraged through a parent-teacher organization.
