Our district is predominately caucasian with a small of number of African Americans, Hispanics and Asians. Our area is agriculture based with other larger employers being the Perkins County Health Services, Midwest Electric, well drilling/irrigation services, and the school district. Points to highlight regarding PCS Jr-Snr High School: One to One Laptop Initiative; ACT Scores consistently above the state and national averages; AdvancED Accredited; High participation and success for students in fine arts.
