DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING
Holdrege Middle School has existed as a middle school for approximately twenty-six years. Holdrege Middle School is accredited through AdvancED-NCA. The school serves 5th through 8th grades and is dedicated to the development of the student intellectually, socially, and emotionally. The school and its staff work to help each student grow and learn in the way they learn best. The school provides a solid core academic program along with many exploratory experiences that allow each student to discover their own interests and goals. Academic skills are stressed and also good character training in the areas of citizenship, honesty, and responsibility. The school seeks to work in partnership with parents and students to help make transition from elementary and to the high school setting the best opportunity for each student to be successful academically and personally.
