DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING
Wahoo Middle School is an accredited school serving around 250 students in grades 6 through 8. WMS is located on the second floor of the Wahoo High School building. Students receive general educational courses, services in fine arts, technical sciences, and high ability education, as well as inclusive special education. Teachers at the middle school are middle level endorsed. Each grade level is divided into four sections and utilizes a middle school/team approach. We focus on developing strong relationships while challenging students to succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally. Activities are also an important part of Wahoo Middle School, as a wide variety of clubs, organizations, and athletic programs are offered throughout the school year.
