DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING
Morrill students in 7th - 12th grades are issued chromebooks to use and take home during the entire school year. We have a 3D printer which adds hands-on practical experiences in math, science, business, art and industrial arts. We strive to be inquiry, project based in our instructional design. We encourage students to access, analyze, apply, present and create utilizing all of the 21st century resources available according to their own learning style or preferences. In the fall of 2021 we are moving our 10 year old ag education program from the high school classrooms to a 10 acre property to transform it to a handson situation in Plant Science, Animal Science and Ag Business. Morrill Public School District (The District) uses the following assessments to assure progress and accountability for students in grades 3-11: NSCAS, NWEA MAP Tests (Reading, Language Arts, Math, and Science), ASVAB, and the ACT.
