DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING
Tri-Community is a collaboration between the Morrill Public School district and Community Action Partnership of Western Nebraska, (CAPWN). Tri-Community follows the highest standards of both entities, including Rule 11 guidelines and the Head Start Performance Standards. Both sites used a curriculum-based method of instruction to deliver academic content. Tri-Community has a Parent Advisory Council that helps to give input into the preschool. A sliding fee structure was developed to meet the continuum of needs represented from the communities. Transition from Tri-Community preschool is a natural fit, since the preschool has strong connections with Morrill Public Schools.
