DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING
Lincoln Elementary serves a diverse population of 450 PK-6 students. Lincoln is Nebraska’s First LEED Certified Elementary School and houses the “Discovering Accountability with Guidance and Support” program, an intensive behavior program. Staff supports weekly collaboration through Professional Learning Communities. A professional staff of teachers and paraprofessionals work to insure all students are challenged to achieve and exceed grade level district and state expectations. Lincoln offers learning opportunities: Student Council, After School Tutoring, WIN (What I Need) Intervention Time, Summer School, PBSS, BIST, Boys Town Social Skills, Title I, MTSS/RtI, PK-6 Smartboards and one-to-one k-6 chromebooks, student leadership, and "Learning in Motion" supporting the whole child. Lincoln students serve their community by contributing to several local organization. We value the partnership with our parents and community.
